Happy New Year guys!
So glad you’re here reading me ramble about something every week.
Last year has been… interesting and a ride, to say the least.
So instead of one thing that I elaborate on, I want to share a few little lessons instead.
- The way you treat yourself shows people how to treat you
- Stop shrinking yourself
- Document/record/capture your life as much as you can, you won’t regret it
- If it makes you happy, it’s important
- Happiness and satisfaction do not lie outside you
- It’s better to say something that you think can mess up things than to let it mess you up
- Self-care is not pampering and baby-ing yourself, it’s parenting yourself
- Get some sunlight
- Say yes more
- Do more things that scare you
- You should carry notes of almost all denominations with you
- Talk to yourself like you’d talk to your loved ones
- There are different seasons of life for different things
- Not every friendship is supposed to stay forever and that’s okay
- Make time for your loved ones
- Schedule joy in your life
- Stretch
- Get comfortable being alone
- Value what you have while you have it
- Complete tasks the moment they come to you
- Feeling things deeply is your strength
- Where there’s a low, a high is inevitable
- If it costs you your peace, it’s not worth it
And with that, the 2022 season comes to an end. Goodnight ✨✨

I liked all points, but a few of them may get changed based on the context. Wonderful list to carry on in 2023
